Allianz 5 Year Mortgage Repayment Insurance can cover your mortgage repayments up to policy benefits or may even pay out your mortgage for you, with affordable premiums packaged into your home loan repayments.
Benefits at a glance:
- Choose death and/or disability cover with the option to add involuntary unemployment cover.
- Up to $500,000 cover in the event of death.
- Covers your mortgage repayments for up to 24 months in the event you are disabled for at least 21 consecutive days.
- Maximum of four months mortgage repayments per claim and a maximum of $3,000 per month or $10,000 per policy for involuntary unemployment cover.
- Easy to afford premium can be financed into your home loan and repaid over the loan term.
