Changes to Internet Banking

As of Monday April 12th Factor 2 Icons will no longer be used on Alliance One Internet Banking. Instead they will be replaced by Secure SMS. In order to make use of this feature it is essential that your personal details are updated with a current phone number to which an SMS message can be sent. This can be either a mobile phone service OR a fixed phone service. In the case of a fixed phone, Telstra Talking Text will read the code back to you. It is currently possible to update your details via internet banking. After Monday 12th April this will not be possible, it will be necessary to contact your nearest Alliance One branch to make the changes.

To update your details, after logging on click on Tools at the top of the welcome screen and then click on Update Contact Details on the left hand side of the screen. Fill in your current details and click the Save Details button.

To avoid any inconvenience we urge you to make any required changes immediately.
